Meet Joan Wagner

Joan Wagner has been a resident of New Mexico for over 35 years having moved here from the Chicago area in the early 1970’s. She has lived in Santa Fe and Albuquerque and is knowledgeable of the uniqueness and diversity of the two communities and their surrounding residential areas.

Having owned and operated several small businesses, Joan understands the value of client service and the continuing changes affecting the real estate industry and businesses today.

Joan Wagner is a member of both the Santa Re and Albuquerque Board of Realtors and specializes in unique SW properties, including residential, rural, resort, and relocation in the Santa Fe/Albuquerque areas. She is also a member of the Continental Who’s Who and is E-certified with Prudential. Joan is also a Prudential Certified Marketing Assistance and Destination Services Broker.
